Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery, product management, or software engineering, with a significant focus on eCommerce.
- Deep expertise with Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including custom development, integrations, and migrations.
- Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, balancing technical and business priorities.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling diverse teams across technical and non-technical functions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming delivery challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients, providing strategic insights, and managing escalations effectively.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, eCommerce platforms, and technical architecture.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, CMS, and third-party solution integrations (e.g., Netsuite, Sanity, Manhattan).
- Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Nice to Have
- Shopify certifications or equivalent expertise.
- Experience transitioning from platforms like Magento, Salesforce, or BigCommerce to Shopify.
- Background in enterprise project portfolio management, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets.
