Responsibilities
- Define and execute messaging strategy and maintain consistent brand voice across all customer interactions
- Build and lead a team of copywriters supporting direct response, performance marketing, and email/SMS initiatives
- Write and refine copy for digital assets including landing pages, video sales letters, ads, email campaigns, product pages, and review platforms
- Design scalable ad copy frameworks for use on Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and native advertising networks
- Develop and refine email and SMS copy strategies to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Work closely with the Creative Director to align copy with visual elements for cohesive creative output
- Implement structured copy testing methodologies to foster a culture of ongoing improvement
- Ensure all content adheres to FTC guidelines specific to the dietary supplement industry
- Support product launches by creating compelling, channel-specific messaging
- Collaborate with Product Development to communicate scientific ingredient details as customer-facing benefits

Competitive base salary, $176,000-$197,000+ performance bonus
