Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of claims processing workflows and maintain queue control to meet prompt payment deadlines.
- Analyze instances of missed payment timelines and implement corrective systems to avoid recurrence.
- Strengthen quality assurance frameworks using input from teams and analysis of claims performance data.
- Create predictive capacity models to anticipate workload demands, staffing requirements, and training effectiveness.
- Monitor and communicate the effects of operational or technical changes on process efficiency and data accuracy.
- Convert strategic organizational objectives into executable plans and team-level actions.
- Discover ways to apply automation, artificial intelligence, and modern technologies to minimize manual effort.
- Partner with product and engineering units to design tools that reduce operational vulnerabilities.
- Foster open communication, collaboration, and a culture emphasizing responsibility and career development.
