About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at industry events and regional meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and pipeline reviews
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion processes
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Support executive engagement in key regional accounts
  • Promote a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Identify training needs for the regional sales team
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency
