This role drives the commercial strategy for AI Factories and high-performance computing (HPC) platforms, targeting enterprise, government, and research clients. You will define market entry approaches, secure strategic partnerships, and oversee the scaling of transformative technology deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a pan-European business strategy for AI and HPC solutions, aligning with evolving technological and market demands.
- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders including national agencies, research consortia, cloud providers, and industrial enterprises.
- Lead high-value negotiations and tenders, guiding multi-party engagements from initial concept to contract and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, software, and marketing teams to ensure offerings meet real-world use cases and customer expectations.
- Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and partnership potential.
- Drive commercialization of AI Factory initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business viability.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at industry events, policy forums, and executive-level discussions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in business development or strategic sales within AI, HPC, or large-scale data center environments.
- Strong grasp of computing architectures, distributed systems, and AI workload requirements.
- Experience navigating complex procurement processes, including public sector tenders and multinational contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
- Willingness to travel frequently across European markets.

- Professional experience with technology leaders in infrastructure or AI hardware ecosystems is highly valued.
Work Environment
The role operates in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work remotely from any of 18 European countries. Regional offices are located in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, and Eindhoven (Netherlands), supporting in-person collaboration when needed.
