Responsibilities
- Create structured feedback systems with field engineers and leadership to detect service deficiencies and supplier challenges.
- Convert supply chain objectives into practical improvements in service execution.
- Represent field operations during strategic supply chain discussions to ensure frontline perspectives are integrated.
- Manage the deployment of updated service procedures across all regions, ensuring acceptance and proper training.
- Design and distribute communication resources to help field managers implement service strategies effectively.
- Model collaborative behavior by fostering trust and strong working relationships across teams.
- Demonstrate experience resolving complex operational issues and managing high-pressure scenarios.
- Assist quality and regulatory affairs teams in maintaining compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and government regulations.
- Possess technical knowledge across multiple medical device types and original equipment manufacturers.
- Lead teams through influence rather than authority, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Manage competing priorities and oversee several initiatives concurrently.
- Produce clear written materials, presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
- Maintain strong organizational abilities and efficient time management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications and adapt quickly to CMMS platforms.
- Travel to supplier and client locations as needed for audits, meetings, or training sessions.
- Provide on-call support outside standard business hours, including weekends, when required.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
