Ennoble Care is hiring a Director of Analytics Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and scale the existing analytics data warehouse architecture
  • Drive adoption of AI-enhanced development practices, including standardized use of LLM coding tools (e.g., Claude Code under BAA), automated quality assurance agents, self-running data validation systems, and natural language query interfaces
  • Ensure data integrity through robust validation, monitoring, and auditing systems that detect discrepancies prior to reporting or regulatory submission, expanding on the current 158-component audit and observability framework including ADF logging, MBI mapping checks, DPC consistency testing, and transactional recovery with automatic rollback
  • Collaborate with analytics leadership across MSSP, ACO REACH/LEAD, GUIDE, Quality, and Dashboard teams to align infrastructure with reporting obligations and advanced analytical modeling demands
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment, integration, and ongoing support of large-scale analytics platforms and web-based applications
  • Work in close coordination with IT and Engineering teams on tooling governance, organizational compliance approvals, and security protocols including BAA-defined boundaries, Microsoft Entra identity management, handling of PHI/PII data, and Azure SQL firewall configurations
