About the Role

This role leads the creation and execution of comprehensive learning strategies and organizational development efforts to enhance employee performance, leadership capacity, and cultural alignment throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Design leadership development programs for managers and emerging leaders
  • Lead change management initiatives during organizational transitions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps
  • Oversee curriculum development for onboarding and professional growth
  • Implement digital learning platforms and tools
  • Manage external vendors and training partners
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Conduct needs assessments to guide program priorities
  • Ensure learning content reflects diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Support succession planning through targeted development paths
  • Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, and teamwork
  • Track learning engagement and completion rates
  • Integrate feedback loops to refine program offerings
  • Align development programs with performance management systems
  • Monitor industry trends in adult learning and instructional design
  • Deliver executive-level reports on program outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
