Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communications strategies that support business goals, boost employee engagement, and reinforce organizational culture through key moments, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments.
- Lead communications during organizational changes with clear, timely, and empathetic messaging to support employee transition and morale.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate internal communications with external thought leadership and corporate achievements.
- Oversee content across internal platforms such as the intranet, newsletters, town halls, and digital collaboration tools.
- Support executive leadership by shaping internal messaging, presentations, and employee recognition content.
- Collaborate with employee experience teams to design culture-building programs and events that reflect organizational values.
- Supervise and develop internal communications team members while coordinating with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and collect actionable employee feedback.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices—including CRM systems and artificial intelligence—to enhance communications capabilities.
