Minted is seeking a Director, Head of Design to establish and drive the strategic vision for design across our platform. You will be responsible for leading the creative direction that connects our global artist community with millions of customers.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the overarching design strategy and vision for Minted
- Lead, mentor, and grow the design organization, fostering a culture of excellence
- Establish design systems, processes, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership in Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Oversee the full design lifecycle for key user experiences and brand touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive design experience, with 5+ years in a senior design leadership role
- Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing design teams
- Deep expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience developing and implementing design strategies that directly impact business goals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
