- Drive the strategic plan and execution for the new CloudSecure offering from inception to market readiness.
- Lead team expansion and professional growth of elite engineers, collaborating closely with senior technical leaders.
- Maintain deep expertise in product and technology to inform critical decisions across engineering, product, and related functions.
- Establish and manage an agile development lifecycle focused on fast iteration, continuous measurement, and rapid feature maturation.
- Make timely decisions under uncertainty, balancing business priorities with release timelines and quality commitments.
- Contribute to the organization’s technical leadership by shaping product innovation, advising executives on strategic goals, and supporting talent acquisition and technical direction.
