Digital Workplace Leadership
As Director of Digital Workplace Products, you will define and execute the strategic direction for a comprehensive suite of digital tools used by employees worldwide. Your focus will be on unifying platforms such as Microsoft 365, endpoint systems, and emerging AI capabilities into a seamless, secure, and scalable experience.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap development to retirement planning, ensuring alignment with business needs, security standards, and user expectations. Key platforms include Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Windows, Mac, VDI, and mobile environments, all managed through modern tools like Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
Product and Technical Strategy
In this role, you will establish architectural standards and governance frameworks that promote interoperability, reliability, and performance across the digital workplace ecosystem. You’ll ensure individual product decisions contribute to a cohesive platform strategy, enabling enterprise-wide consistency and efficiency.
You will lead initiatives to adopt next-generation technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI assistants, guiding pilot programs, change management, and analytics to support successful deployment. Responsible AI practices will be embedded throughout the product lifecycle to ensure ethical, compliant, and effective use of intelligent systems.
Leadership and Collaboration
You will lead and mentor high-performing teams across product and engineering, spanning collaboration, messaging, endpoint management, and mobility. By fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, you’ll help grow technical talent and strengthen delivery capabilities.
Collaboration with IT Security, Legal, Data Privacy, and business units is essential to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and align with global governance requirements. You will serve as a senior technical authority, guiding complex decisions and resolving cross-product challenges.
Qualifications and Expectations
The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience in digital workplace, collaboration, or enterprise technology domains, with a proven record in product leadership and large-scale program execution. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s in a related field is preferred.
You must demonstrate strong technical fluency across cloud platforms, endpoint management, and enterprise architecture, along with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations. Experience leading distributed teams and deploying AI-powered workplace solutions at scale is highly valued.
This position operates in a hybrid model, with a primary location in Union Beach, NJ, and flexibility for remote candidates across the US East Coast who can travel regularly to the site.
