About the Role
Lead the design function by setting vision, managing a team of designers, and ensuring design excellence across all product experiences. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to drive cohesive, human-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic design vision aligned with product goals
- Manage and mentor a growing team of product and UX designers
- Establish design systems and scalable practices across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers to shape roadmap priorities
- Partner with engineering to ensure feasible and consistent implementation
- Integrate user research insights into design decision-making
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders
- Drive consistency in visual and interaction design across touchpoints
- Lead design sprint planning and creative problem-solving sessions
- Evaluate and refine design workflows for efficiency
- Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration
- Oversee the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and design specs
- Ensure brand alignment in all user-facing experiences
- Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Background in design operations
- Exposure to AI-driven product experiences
- International team leadership experience
- Fluency in multiple design disciplines
- Published work or speaking engagements
- Experience scaling design teams from small to large
