Responsibilities
- Guide creative concepts from initial brief to final production and public launch.
- Develop and refine strategic ideas that shape brand presence across television, video, digital platforms, social media, and direct response initiatives.
- Provide clear strategic direction in briefs and bring strong creative judgment during reviews.
- Shape and advance the brand’s communication strategy across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Create messaging frameworks and campaign structures that align organizational goals with patient and prospective patient engagement.
- Ensure brand narratives and direct response efforts support and enhance one another.
- Establish creative vision for external agency partners and ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Write compelling creative briefs that inspire innovation and deliver feedback that improves output quality.
- Cultivate productive agency relationships that yield high-quality work and challenge teams when results fall short.
- Manage and grow a small internal team responsible for content production, influencer collaborations, and ongoing creative needs.
- Set quality standards, manage workflow priorities, and foster a team environment centered on excellence, responsibility, and growth.
- Support team members’ professional development and invest in their long-term success.
- Collaborate with media, service line, and analytics teams to evaluate performance and understand drivers of success.
- Apply consumer insights and performance metrics to refine and improve creative strategy over time.
- Balance data-driven evidence with creative intuition to produce more effective campaigns.
