Responsibilities
- Create high quality, clear, actionable, “must-have research” content focused on talent management technology and based on Gartner’s research best practices and methodologies.
- Bring your experience implementing AI solutions in talent management processes to the creation of new research that helps clients prioritize and make decisions about their technology, processes and roles.
- Develop new research and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches specifically to CHROs needs and requests that accelerate their ability to act.
- Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content written by Gartner team members.
- Identify the root cause of a CHRO’s barriers to change or their overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about talent management technology across a team of analysts.
- Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to talent management technology via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
- Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
- Attend industry and professional association conferences as needed.
- Predict how specific markets are developing, help clients in their selection process and assist vendors in overall positioning.
- Build credibility as a talent management technology expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy.
- Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community.
- Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members, as needed.
