Design & Development Oversight
Own the end-to-end development of high-performance analog circuits—from initial specification to volume production. Provide technical direction for critical blocks such as voltage regulators, amplifiers, data converters, phase-locked loops, and power management stages. Ensure robust architecture, design accuracy, and verification rigor across full-chip analog systems.
Team Development & Operational Excellence
Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of analog design engineers and technical managers. Foster a culture rooted in inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning. Guide recruitment, performance development, and succession planning to build a resilient and capable organization.
Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and project timelines to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery. Promote best practices, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement through disciplined change management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with digital design, physical implementation, layout, product engineering, system architecture, test, validation, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability.
