Lincoln Property Company was looking for a Director, Acquisitions & Development

Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Director, Acquisitions & Development to drive strategic growth. You will work with senior leaders to develop expansion strategies, source new opportunities, and manage complex projects from inception to completion. This is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ.

What You'll Do

  • Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
  • Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability.
  • Oversee due diligence and manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously.
  • Analyze company business needs to align project requirements, costs, and profit goals.
  • Perform site evaluations and make recommendations for site selections.
  • Lead collaboration across departments to ensure timely completion of all objectives.
  • Oversee the entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes for each project.
  • Develop feasibility modeling, including capital cost budgeting and pro forma return measurements.
  • Understand project entitlements and implement approval requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, construction management, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the development process, including entitlements, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning or a related major.
  • Master's degree in real estate development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
