Valerie Group is hiring a Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across creative, copy, paid media, and user-generated content or influencer initiatives
  • Plan and track weekly deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Manage and maintain task tracking systems using platforms like Monday and Notion
  • Ensure all tasks include a clear brief, assigned owner, and defined deadline
  • Maintain organized and efficient workflows across multiple brands
  • Lead and update the Creative Experimentation Sheet for each brand
  • Keep the Creative Experimentation Sheet current, well-structured, and ready for action
  • Coordinate closely with the founder-facing POD team and COE teams including Creative, Copy, UGC, and Paid Media
  • Capture new test ideas, define hypotheses, track experiment status, and document results from creative tests
  • Manage the pipeline for creative assets and campaigns
  • Capture key takeaways from brand and POD meetings and organize structured meeting minutes
  • Translate brand feedback into clear action items, align team priorities, and prevent miscommunication
  • Serve as the main liaison connecting creative, paid media, and UGC/influencer teams
  • Ensure shared understanding of campaign objectives, testing plans, and execution priorities
  • Monitor project timelines, identify blockers, and track delays
  • Proactively escalate potential risks to avoid negative impacts on performance
