Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of digital product features across key pages including product detail, shopping cart, checkout, and category collections
- Set measurable goals and monitor performance indicators to uncover ways to boost conversion rates and overall site efficiency
- Oversee the full lifecycle of A/B testing initiatives, from forming hypotheses to designing tests, analyzing outcomes, and extracting actionable insights
- Develop and rank an experimentation pipeline using prioritization models such as RICE
- Use quantitative data from analytics platforms like Amplitude and GA4 alongside qualitative input from customer research and feedback to guide product decisions
- Drive discovery efforts for new functionalities and third-party integrations, from initial concept through to implementation
- Create detailed product requirements and work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Facilitate agile rituals and manage a clearly ordered backlog using tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to support shared business growth objectives
- Design quality assurance procedures and oversee seamless deployment of website updates, launches, and system integrations
- Keep thorough records, standard operating procedures, and post-launch reviews to promote ongoing optimization
- Apply AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Claude to speed up research, ideation, and testing processes
