Your Team
The Marketing Operations & Demand Generation team serves as the driving force behind global marketing performance, efficiency, and pipeline expansion. Positioned at the intersection of paid media, systems, and analytics, we ensure all digital programs are optimized, measurable, and scalable across regions.
Our team is responsible for:
- Paid Media Performance – Managing, optimizing, and reporting on full-funnel paid digital initiatives
- Systems & Infrastructure – Ensuring seamless marketing data pipelines and platform operations
- Global Campaign Execution – Coordinating campaigns across multiple international regions
- Data & Analytics – Delivering clear insights and strategic reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partnering with various teams to execute acquisition programs
- Optimization & Scalability – Continuously refining workflows and automation
Your Role
We are seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to support and optimize Seesaw's global paid digital acquisition programs. This role combines digital ad execution, marketing operations, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
You'll manage Google Ads and paid channels, build Pardot automation, ensure accurate lead tracking in Salesforce, and partner closely with Demand Generation leadership to drive qualified pipeline from paid programs. The role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
Your Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Performance
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads
- Manage paid social and retargeting campaigns
- Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and bidding optimization
- Build and run A/B tests across creative elements
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and ROI
Marketing Systems & Campaign Operations
- Build landing pages, forms, and automation in Pardot
- Manage UTM tracking and attribution across platforms
- Ensure accurate lead capture and routing
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success Teams
- Maintain company websites
Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and performance reports
- Track key marketing metrics
- Analyze campaign performance
- Maintain data quality and compliance
Campaign Execution & Collaboration
- Support multi-channel campaign execution
- Collaborate with creative teams
- Align with regional teams for localization
- Document and refine digital marketing processes
Your Requirements
- 4+ years digital marketing experience
- Hands-on Google Ads campaign management
- Proficiency with paid social platforms
- Strong Google Analytics and conversion tracking skills
- Salesforce and Pardot experience
- Wordpress proficiency
- Understanding of attribution and performance metrics
- Analytical mindset
- Landing page and automation expertise
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with global digital marketing regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $102,400-$121,600
