Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various auxiliary binding machines
- Examine machinery for potential safety hazards
- Operate automatic adhesive binding systems that process collated sheets into finished products through multiple integrated stages including milling, gluing, and stacking
- Perform adjustments to synchronize multiple stations within a single machine
- Supervise team members throughout all production phases
- Track and maintain standards for quality, output levels, and operational efficiency
