Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure for scalability and resilience
- Automate deployment and configuration processes using modern tooling
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents promptly
- Maintain security and compliance standards across environments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Implement and manage containerized environments
- Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency
- Support disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Document system architecture and operational procedures
- Enforce infrastructure as code principles
- Upgrade and patch systems to maintain stability
- Integrate monitoring and alerting solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure
- Ensure network configurations support application needs
- Manage identity and access controls
- Work with version control systems for infrastructure code
- Assist in migration of legacy systems to cloud platforms
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and remediation plans
