Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure team. In this fully remote role, you'll focus on building and maintaining automated systems that support scalable, secure, and reliable operations across development and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and Bash to improve deployment speed and system reliability.
- Work alongside developers and operations teams to define technical requirements and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple environments, minimizing service disruption and improving system resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least two years of experience writing Python scripts for automation and system integration.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform and configuration management systems like Ansible.
- Strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation
Base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 USD. Additional components include participation in the ESPP and a 4% employer match on 401(k) contributions.
