Responsibilities
- Guarantee reliable daily functioning of the payment system
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and external partners
- Monitor application performance and enhance system reliability
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Assist in deploying releases to testing and live environments
- Strengthen monitoring and alerting systems with Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
- Investigate log data and assist in resolving technical incidents (level 3 support)
- Convert business needs into actionable user stories and technical implementations
- Drive automation initiatives and ongoing operational improvements
- Support integration and testing processes across environments
- Bridge communication and workflows between development and operations teams
