Responsibilities
- Create and manage cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, and OpenStack platforms
- Operate and enhance performance of Kubernetes environments including AKS, EKS, and Rancher
- Build and support release pipelines using Terraform
- Ensure consistent system configurations via PowerShell Desired State Configuration
- Work with infrastructure, architecture, application, and security teams to align technical strategies
- Assist IT teams during critical system incidents
- Engage with regional IT units to gather needs and establish standardized processes
- Set up application landing zones in cloud environments using Terraform and Azure DevOps
- Apply GitOps methodologies to manage and resolve infrastructure challenges
- Guide development teams on effective cloud migration and usage strategies
- Act as a technical escalation point for support and issue resolution
- Produce clear and thorough documentation for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with multiple IT departments including infrastructure, security, and architecture
- Find ways to improve delivery through automation, innovation, and reusable Terraform modules
