Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Cloud production, pre-production, and supporting environments, ensuring system availability, performance, scalability, and resilience by responding to incidents, alerts, and issues reported by users or monitoring systems
- Take part in an on-call schedule that includes evenings and weekends, actively monitoring communication channels, system alerts, and dashboards to address issues within defined service level agreements
- Adhere to established Change Management, Incident Management, and security compliance protocols in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, including strict adherence to data protection and information security policies
- Evaluate system observability metrics and logs to identify risks and inefficiencies, taking preventive actions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of cloud platforms
- Conduct routine operational checks such as validating monitoring tools, backup integrity, and disaster recovery processes to ensure system readiness and business continuity
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure stacks, execute updates and rollouts, and support operational workflows by following documented procedures and enhancing existing runbooks and playbooks

- Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends
- Support off-hour work and accommodate overlapping shifts with other regional teams as needed
