We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to play a key role in evolving the infrastructure behind our growing financial services platform. You’ll work hand-in-hand with development teams to build resilient, automated systems that scale efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to support consistent, repeatable deployments
- Refactor and standardize delivery workflows across microservices to enable faster, safer releases
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to improve system visibility
- Optimize cloud resource scaling and performance on AWS to ensure stability under load
- Reduce operational costs through efficient infrastructure design and automation
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to maintain a single source of truth
- Strengthen security across pipelines, infrastructure, and runtime environments
- Collaborate with engineers to improve system reliability, resilience, and troubleshooting capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-focused engineering roles
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and containerized environments
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Solid understanding of monitoring ecosystems, including Prometheus and Grafana
- Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for automation
- Background in Linux, networking, and security fundamentals
- Experience in agile environments using Scrum
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to team success
Nice to Have
- Experience with ArgoCD, HashiCorp Vault, or Traefik
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development or Documentation as Code
- Knowledge of Datadog for monitoring and tracing
