Responsibilities
- Monitor system calls and error logs using Dynatrace and Speak Monitoring tools.
- Configure systems within the OpenShift cloud platform.
- Deploy software updates and security patches.
- Test program modifications for new software releases.
- Automate testing processes using specialized tools.
- Analyze error responses and recommend improvements.
- Install and maintain software and hardware for test setups.
- Conduct security testing on systems and applications.
- Perform debugging and log reviews to detect and fix issues.
- Support the support team in analyzing and categorizing defects.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Prior experience working with Java, HTML, Perl, or SQL.
- Relevant educational background in IT or a technical field.
- High attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
- Openness to collaborating in global, cross-cultural teams.
- Proficient in English communication.
