Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the open source community experience for TruffleHog and associated projects through active participation on GitHub, Slack/Discord, and other platforms.
- Develop and deliver technical content including blogs, tutorials, videos, demos, release notes, workshops, and webinars to support tool adoption.
- Organize and manage recurring community initiatives such as office hours, technical deep dives, live demos, and group discussions.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate technical discoveries and updates into accessible educational materials for practitioners.
- Design and execute structured launch strategies for open source releases, research publications, product updates, and key announcements.
- Provide direct support to users and contributors by responding to inquiries, collecting input, and helping refine the developer journey.
- Gather and communicate recurring user challenges and suggestions to internal teams including product, engineering, documentation, and research.
- Represent the organization at industry events including conferences, meetups, webinars, and podcasts to expand visibility and technical trust.

- Build Launch Programs: Develop repeatable launch plans for research releases, open source updates, product launches, and major announcements.
- Engage and Support Users: Actively interact with users and contributors, answering questions, gathering feedback, and improving the overall developer experience.
- Champion Community Feedback: Identify common pain points and share actionable insights with product, engineering, documentation, and research teams.
- Represent Truffle Security: Speak at conferences, meetups, webinars, podcasts, and security events to grow awareness and establish technical credibility.
