Shape the developer experience as the primary technical authority within the Go-To-Market team. You'll translate complex engineering concepts into accessible, practical content that empowers developers and strengthens product messaging across campaigns and launches.
What You'll Do
- Act as the technical liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and external developer communities
- Develop clear, accurate documentation for APIs and SDKs, ensuring it evolves with product updates
- Create real-world code samples, demos, and implementation examples in multiple programming languages
- Collaborate with marketing to produce technical blog posts, tutorials, and video assets that resonate with developer audiences
- Represent the platform at events, webinars, and online forums to build trust and gather feedback
- Use data and user insights to refine documentation and improve onboarding experiences
- Advocate for developer needs during go-to-market planning and feature development cycles
- Help design demo environments and technical assets used in presentations and campaigns
What We're Looking For
You have a background in software development or a similar technical field and enjoy writing as much as coding. You're comfortable explaining intricate systems to varied audiences and know when to lean on AI tools and when to write by hand. You're self-driven, able to manage projects independently, and communicate proactively across time zones.
Fluency in English (C1-C2 or native) is required, and you must be located in a time zone between UTC -5 and UTC +2. Experience with SaaS platforms, SDKs, or API documentation is strongly preferred. Public speaking or technical workshop facilitation experience is a plus.
