Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multi-tenant GKE clusters with a focus on scalability, stability, and developer usability.
- Deploy and support Istio service mesh for secure inter-service communication, traffic control, and monitoring.
- Handle GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code to deliver reusable and scalable solutions.
- Advance GitOps workflows and refine the ArgoCD setup for consistent, automated deployments.
- Streamline deployment processes using Helm, Kustomize, and internal templates to speed up service rollouts.
- Develop and evolve self-service platforms like Backstage for easy provisioning of environments, databases, and access rights.
- Equip developers with observability tools such as dashboards, logs, and tracing to enable independent issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine developer workflows and increase platform adoption.
