Responsibilities
- Create and maintain learning programs within the ID Team Capability Suite to ensure they are interactive, impactful, and support defined learning goals.
- Use principles of instructional design and adult education to produce diverse learning materials, including eLearning courses, trainer-led guides, video content, interactive scenarios, game-based learning, and evaluations.
- Build multimedia components such as visual assets, video productions, animations, and interactive features that improve learner engagement while adhering to brand standards and accessibility guidelines under WCAG.
- Design and apply assessment strategies to evaluate training effectiveness and refine content using input from participants.
- Work closely with subject matter specialists and client representatives to verify content accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee several instructional design initiatives at once, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
