Responsibilities
- Transform user research findings and customer requirements into design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and InVision, ensuring responsive layouts and compliance with accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 and 2.2.
- Oversee end-to-end design for major initiatives across the full product lifecycle, starting with collaborative brainstorming in Miro or Mural, continuing through development handoff with Zeplin or Abstract, and extending into post-launch evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and leadership using collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and design direction.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to design, conduct, and analyze user studies via tools including UserTesting, Lookback, Hotjar, and Optimal Workshop, identifying gaps in understanding and guiding product evolution.
- Present intricate design ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders using storytelling and data visualization, explaining the rationale, design principles, and user insights behind each decision.
- Guide and develop team members by delivering clear, annotated design specifications and interaction guidelines using Storybook and Design Tokens, defining behavior details and acceptance standards for engineering implementation.
