Responsibilities
- Design and launch high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels
- Create visual assets for ads, campaigns, and brand communication
- Optimize checkout and onboarding flows for maximum conversion
- Write and refine UI copy to guide users and support product messaging
- Translate ideas into prototypes and polished user interfaces (Figma to code)
- Implement your designs using React, TypeScript, and CSS
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Work independently, take ownership of quality and iterate quickly based on feedback
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1+)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, landing pages, and responsive web design
- Ability to implement designs in code (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)
- Deep experience with Figma, GitHub, CSS/HTML
- Demonstrated ability to design and ship complete flows from idea to launch
- Structured thinking, strong sense for user behavior and visual hierarchy
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing, content creation, or copywriting
- Experience in the healthtech industry
- Degree in Interface/Product Design or similar (less graphic/print)
- Personal website or online portfolio with live examples (please provide link/ material)
- Experience working in or with startups or on smaller, fast-paced projects
- Proficiency in German (C1+)
