Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary brand design team of approximately eight members, spanning brand, motion, web, enterprise marketing, and ambassador programs
- Manage recruitment, professional development, and career progression within the brand organization
- Define and maintain long-term brand strategy, including vision, storytelling, and design standards, aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure consistent visual quality and brand integrity across all channels
- Establish processes for brand involvement in product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop an efficient production workflow that supports rapid iteration without compromising design excellence
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams such as Communications, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to manage request intake and delivery
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, freelance contractors, and creative agencies as necessary
- Contribute to evolving the creative ambition of the brand as the organization grows
