Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and convert technical documentation from Chinese to English, including standards, specifications, norms, and procedures.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and Chinese clients on technical topics.
- Provide real-time translation support during interactions between internal stakeholders and Chinese customers as needed.
- Assist in production-related tasks at both internal and customer manufacturing sites when required.
- Help create project plans and monitor progress against customer milestones and development timelines.
- Take part in project review meetings with customers conducted in Chinese or English, providing necessary support.
- Track and ensure adherence to agreed-upon deadlines with Chinese clients.
- Assist in managing and documenting customer quality claims reported to the Quality Department.
- Keep clients informed through regular updates on the status and resolution of ongoing claims.
