Sutherland Global Services is hiring a Technical Project Manager (DES2) to lead the full delivery lifecycle of complex software initiatives. You'll bridge technical execution and project leadership, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment for full-stack applications.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across full-stack applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Oversee code reviews, solution design validation, and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Manage team performance and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely risk identification, mitigation, and transparent communication with clients and internal leadership.
- Coordinate deployment, integration, and release planning activities, including automation and CI/CD processes.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on environment setup, performance tuning, and production readiness.
- Promote security, scalability, and cloud readiness in all delivered solutions.
- Serve as the key client-facing technical leader, balancing delivery commitments, stakeholder communication, and strategic alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 12–15 years of overall experience in software delivery.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a Technical Project Manager or Tech Lead capacity.
- Strong technical foundation in .NET Core, Web API, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
