Responsibilities
- Act as primary legal advisor for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Lead legal due diligence, transaction management, regulatory submissions, and integration efforts following closings.
- Deliver practical legal advice on interpreting contracts, minimizing disputes, allocating risk, and commercial deal negotiations.
- Assist with SEC filings, compliance with securities regulations, disclosure controls, and corporate governance for public company operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design policies, procedures, and contract systems that enhance efficiency and manage legal exposure.
