Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and execution plan for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring consistent delivery, high quality, and strong performance.
- Manage and grow engineering leadership teams, including recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and career progression frameworks.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and engineering best practices across the tech stack: Node.js (latest LTS), NestJS, pnpm, es游戏副本uild on backend; React, Vue 3, Vite, pnpm on frontend, with emphasis on strong typing and modern development principles.
- Foster an engineering culture built around AI integration by identifying impactful AI applications, establishing safe adoption patterns, and designing developer workflows that support fast iteration with proper oversight.
- Oversee edge infrastructure and security configuration using Cloudflare, including WAF, DDoS protection, CDN, and access controls, while ensuring system resilience, monitoring, and incident preparedness.
- Enhance security and compliance maturity through threat modeling, secure software development lifecycle practices, dependency tracking, access governance, secrets handling, vulnerability response SLAs, and audit readiness.
- Implement modern engineering operations including delivery metrics, technical debt tracking, CI/CD standards, release processes, and structured post-incident reviews.
