About the Role
This position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design, manage, and execute the deployment of complex software platforms, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated into client environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of software deployment initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical capabilities with client needs
- Develop deployment roadmaps tailored to client operational environments
- Identify and mitigate risks during implementation phases
- Serve as a primary point of contact for deployment-related matters
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical strategies
- Monitor deployment progress and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Gather feedback to refine deployment processes
- Support change management throughout deployment cycles
- Work with security teams to meet compliance standards
- Document deployment configurations and decisions
- Optimize deployment workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Troubleshoot deployment blockers in coordination with technical staff
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
- Prior experience with large-scale data platforms
- Knowledge of government or defense sector operations
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one

- Demonstrated leadership in technical deployments
