ComeOn Group was looking for a Denmark Remote CRM Manager

ComeOn Group is looking for a CRM Manager to own and lead the CRM strategy for the Danish market. In this role, you will manage a team of two CRM Executives across three brands and verticals, overseeing day-to-day operations to align with our strategic goals and deliver innovative player experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support the CRM team.
  • Plan and execute engaging, data-driven campaigns and offers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage and coordinate CRM-related projects together with the wider CRM team.
  • Analyze performance data to continually optimize customer communications.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in CRM.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of the global online gaming landscape.
  • Solid understanding of bonus types and mechanics across the customer lifecycle in sportsbook & casino.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Danish is a must.

Nice to Have

  • Willing to think out of the box to deliver top tier engagement.

Team & Environment

You will manage a team of two CRM Executives and work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager.
