About the Role
This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline growth. The individual will leverage analytics, market insights, and digital channels to optimize demand generation strategies and improve conversion rates across target segments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Use data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and guide optimization
- Oversee email marketing initiatives targeting key customer segments
- Manage content distribution across digital platforms
- Coordinate lead nurturing workflows and automated marketing sequences
- Partner with product marketing to tailor messaging for buyer personas
- Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rates and cost per lead
- Optimize landing pages and online forms for lead capture
- Lead A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and campaign assets
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Support event planning for webinars and virtual conferences
- Track and report on campaign ROI to senior stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting precision
- Integrate marketing technology tools to streamline operations
- Maintain the marketing calendar and campaign schedule
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Align campaign themes with product launches and seasonal trends
- Train team members on new tools and campaign best practices
Nice to Have
