About the Role

This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline growth. The individual will leverage analytics, market insights, and digital channels to optimize demand generation strategies and improve conversion rates across target segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Use data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and guide optimization
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives targeting key customer segments
  • Manage content distribution across digital platforms
  • Coordinate lead nurturing workflows and automated marketing sequences
  • Partner with product marketing to tailor messaging for buyer personas
  • Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rates and cost per lead
  • Optimize landing pages and online forms for lead capture
  • Lead A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and campaign assets
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Support event planning for webinars and virtual conferences
  • Track and report on campaign ROI to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting precision
  • Integrate marketing technology tools to streamline operations
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and campaign schedule
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
  • Align campaign themes with product launches and seasonal trends
  • Train team members on new tools and campaign best practices
