Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of demand generation strategy with direct responsibility for growing enterprise inbound interest and converting it into revenue.
- Build and manage a modern demand platform using AI-powered tools such as automated outbound, personalized outreach sequences, intent-driven targeting, and scalable workflows—emphasizing internal development over third-party purchases.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across paid media, organic channels, account-based marketing, events, partnerships, and new platforms, constantly experimenting, eliminating underperforming tactics, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Define and refine audience segmentation and targeting approaches for key enterprise customer profiles, including technology leaders, C-suite executives, developers, and those influencing AI adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to manage and optimize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel.

- Architect and operate a modern demand engine using AI-native tooling—programmatic outbound, AI-personalized sequences, intent-based targeting, and automated workflows—that generates qualified pipeline at scale. We don’t buy, we build.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, events, partnerships, and emerging channels, continuously testing new motions, killing what doesn’t work, and doubling down on incremental impact.
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies for priority enterprise buyer personas, including IT leaders, executives, developers, and AI decision-makers.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to own and continuously improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
