Join a growing team shaping AI content quality through precise, culturally informed evaluation. We're hiring freelance AI Content Evaluators with native fluency in Farsi as spoken in Uzbekistan. In this role, you'll review and annotate various digital content types using clear, structured guidelines to support the development of more accurate and context-aware AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Assess text and media content for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to project standards
- Apply consistent labeling based on detailed evaluation criteria
- Ensure annotations reflect regional language nuances and cultural context
- Adapt to updated guidelines and provide reliable, high-quality output
- Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes on a flexible schedule
- Attend onboarding and calibration sessions to maintain alignment with project goals
What We're Looking For
- Native-level command of Farsi (Uzbekistan) including grammar, idiomatic expressions, and regional usage
- Functional fluency in English for understanding instructions and providing justifications
- Strong analytical abilities and a consistent approach to decision-making
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer
- Eligibility to work as a freelance contractor in Uzbekistan or a neighboring country where we operate
Preferred Background
- Experience in translation, localization quality assurance, or linguistic annotation
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning data projects
- Knowledge of digital media platforms such as music or podcast services
