Company is hiring a Delivery Officer to plan, control, and optimize daily delivery operations. You will ensure shipments are completed as required by customers and manage delivery personnel and vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Review and adjust daily delivery plans according to daily events.
- Plan deliveries and select appropriate transport vehicles, considering time and cost.
- Control delivery operations to meet company standards.
- Monitor the operational status of staff and vehicles to ensure delivery completion as per customer requirements and respond to other customer requests.
- Check the readiness of staff, equipment, and documents before and after operations.
- Receive and record problems occurring during staff operations and report to supervisors and relevant parties.
- Prepare records and reports on transportation problems for relevant parties.
- Respond to complaints from customers or related departments.
- Control company transport vehicles.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in delivery planning or warehouse operations.
- Computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, PivotTable, and Database.
- Leadership skills.

- Ability to work overtime.
