Responsibilities
- Deliver Domino's products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area
- Use cutting edge technology to complete deliveries faster
- Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties
- Navigate to customer locations using maps and address information
- Follow directives and perform repetitive tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Analyze and compile data
- Make sound judgments and decisions
- Work well under stress
- Meet strict quality control standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products
- Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions

Compensation
Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement)
Additional Information
- Company car available for use if driver is at least 21, has clean driving record, and minimum 2 years of driving history
- Safe driving record is a must
- Background check required
- Motor Vehicle Report subject to review

- Job is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino’s Corporate
- Independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling
- Domino’s Corporate does not receive applications and has no control over hiring decisions
- If hired, the independent franchisee will be the only employer
