Responsibilities
- Support clients in redesigning current or new workflows to establish continuous improvement strategies and execute on verified cost reductions outlined by the assessment team.
- Connect organizational goals with process enhancements using data-driven analysis and consulting methodologies.
- Lead client-facing initiatives to deliver confirmed cost savings, including uncovering and managing additional savings opportunities not previously detected.
- Evaluate laboratory information system data to verify patient volumes, test offerings, and validate the outcomes of implemented projects and savings claims.
- Detect deficiencies in project timeline deliverables and create or apply creative solutions to close gaps, ensuring timely achievement of customer-approved savings milestones.
- Gather, assess, and report comparative data before and after implementation to confirm savings targets are reached and formally approved by the client.
- Organize and execute assigned tasks with precision and quality, while guiding team members in delivering project components on schedule.
