Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable DeFi protocols.
- Conduct market research to propose new projects.
- Build smart contracts, deploy, and setup backend systems to collect data and monitor performance.
- Active use of AI: we use Claude and other AI tools.
- Must know what’s the latest on CT.
- Must know what the latest developments are in the other ecosystems, who’s working on what.
Requirements
- Experience writing smart contracts.
- Experience with HFT/MM.
- Understands how markets work, how flows work.
- Actively engaged in DeFi trading and following DeFi trends/news.
Team
Structure: Remote-first team collaborating with the engineering organization.
