Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for defense and aerospace positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the aerospace and defense sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and cleared personnel
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates through various sourcing methods
- Screen applicants for qualifications, security clearances, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Track recruitment progress using staffing systems and tools
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting and security requirements
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions
- Develop pipelines of talent for hard-to-fill defense roles
- Provide market insights and workforce trends to clients
- Support onboarding and placement of selected candidates
- Follow up post-placement to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize staffing strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
- Respond promptly to client requests and candidate inquiries
- Stay informed about industry developments in aerospace and defense technology
- Promote ethical recruiting practices within regulated environments
- Manage time effectively across multiple clients and roles
- Represent the organization at industry events and job fairs
- Use CRM tools to manage client and candidate databases
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employment and security data
- Adapt communication style to suit technical and military-experienced professionals
- Support diversity initiatives in candidate sourcing
- Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect role requirements and clearances
