About the Role

This role supports the sales organization by reviewing, analyzing, and finalizing complex customer deals. The analyst ensures pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and smooth handoffs to operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate proposed deals for alignment with pricing guidelines and business rules
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure competitive offers within policy frameworks
  • Ensure contract terms meet legal and financial requirements
  • Identify risks in deal terms and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of deal terms and approvals
  • Serve as a point of contact for deal-related inquiries from sales and management
  • Prepare deal summaries and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Track and report on deal desk performance metrics
  • Support the development and improvement of deal review workflows
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on deal policies
  • Work with finance to ensure proper revenue recognition setup
  • Monitor changes in product offerings and update deal guidance accordingly
  • Escalate complex or non-standard deals to leadership when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract templates and terms
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on evolving regulatory requirements
  • Provide insights to leadership on recurring deal challenges
  • Ensure timely processing of high-volume deal requests
  • Standardize deal terms to reduce negotiation cycles
  • Support special pricing requests with data-driven analysis
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews with deal performance data
  • Identify opportunities to automate parts of the deal review process
  • Promote consistency in discounting and commercial terms
  • Assist in audits related to contract and pricing compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and deal information
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and deal complexity
